Quote includes a full set up and turnkey operation including our branded counter, freezer, and equipment transport.
If you wish to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking now and the balance of payment the week of your event.
Payment shall be made strictly in accordance with the payment terms indicated above without any discount or other deduction and without any deferment or set-off on account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copyright and other intellectual rights and other designs produced by the Company on behalf of the Customer shall remain the property of the Company unless there is specific written agreement with the
Company making special arrangement for the ownership of the intellectual property.
By accepting these terms, you agree that the Customer shall not directly or indirectly engage in any business or activity that competes with the services provided by the Company.
